Traditionally, Meridian Construction has undertaken projects up to approx. $4,000,000.00 in value. It has experience in "full contract" new works (both residential and commercial) design and build, interior fit-outs, renovations, alterations and additions.

Meridian Construction personnel are supported by a comprehensive stock of tools and equipment and Meridian's own fleet of trucks and vans.

As well as its directly employed staff, Meridian Construction has access to additional external resources, as and when required. Meridian Construction is also confident in the performance of its subcontractors and consultants, some of whom it has had the pleasure of working with for a number of years.

Management

Kieren Mallon - Managing Director: has been involved with the construction industry for over 20 years, starting with trade experience in Dunedin and Auckland before setting up, running and expanding Meridian Construction, which has been in existence in its present form for approximately fifteen years.

Cath Mallon - Finance Manager: oversees the administration and accounting functions of the business, which are so essential for proper cost control and profitability. As a Director of the company, Cath is also involved in major company policy decisions as well as the day-to-day running of the administration side.

Mike Adam - General Manager: Originally from Scotland, Mike has a Q.S. background. With over 20 years experience as a Q.S. and Project Manager with some of New Zealand's largest companies, he brings a wealth of experience to this role.

Greg Hornigold - Project Manager: has over 12 years experience in Project Management in the field of commercial and multi story residential developments. Greg immigrated to New Zealand from South Africa five years ago and has further enhanced his skills with work on multi story and commercial building projects.

Adrienne Patterson - Office Administrator: has been involved in the construction industry for 12 years, and handles the day-to-day administration of the company.

Site Supervision : Each site has a Site Manager or Foreman reporting directly to the Project Manager. Our Foremen have considerable experience in construction and fitout projects and a proven track record of being able to successfully communicate with clients.
